Membership Survey

    Thanks in advance for filling out our survey.  All information that is submitted will be kept strictly private, except in the instance that you give us permission to keep your name and email address on file for our emails.

    We would like to get your input about activities at McNally Community Centre.  Currently we offer yoga, Zumba, form drawing, clogging and karate on a weekly basis.  Children's' string instrument classes are also offered.  A bridge group gathers on Friday afternoons.
    Please read the list of possible activities in the list below.  Check any that you would like to see us offer at McNally.  If you have an idea that is not on the list, use the "Other" space at the bottom to share.
